Real estate agent, assistant, or realtor wanted
1. Work as one of multiple buyer agents.
2. Be paid by monthly search fee and purchase closing fee. Monthly fee to begin at $50 per month, increased with productivity and eliminated with non-productivity. Purchase closing fee of $750 for traditional MLS property and $1,000 for non-MLS non-traditional property.
3. Search for both traditional MLS properties and nontraditional properties including foreclosures, preforeclosures, short sales, REO's and other bank owned properties, tax deeds, tax liens, auctions, city owned property, and others.
4. Work with and help coordinate home buyer financial assistance programs including traditional bank, credit union, and mortgage company loans, and nontraditional programs such as NHDC, FHFC, USDA, HUD, city/county/state, SHIP, and others.
5. Search for and show only properties with a list price at or below the Alachua County Property Appraiser's total assessed value.
6. Pleasantly and cooperatively work with buyers and their home buying team of professionals. Good communication skills are absolutely required.
Experience with Gainesville downtown and UF area preferred, but is not required.
