Realtor Claims to have listed my home, I never put it on the market with him?

What do I do? A Realtor listed my home on zillow, for less than my house is worth. He dropped the listing, but zillow shows that it was listed for that low price. Is there a way to remove that false information on zillow? Rob Nash 312 Owens Street South, Stillwater MN 55082

Hi Rob -

We understand that the listing was erroneous and had it sent for correction. This should reflect within the hour.

Send a message to the Realtor, he should be able to edit the listing.

The crazy thing is the listing agent is for the house 5 blocks north of me 312 Owens Street North not South. So can Zillow just change it? Or is this the realtor's problem.

Rob,
Do you have a Listing Agreement with this agent? The terms of the agreement are clearly defined. If the price is less than what you agreed to list at then he has a huge problem.
As a listing agent you cannnot just change the price or tems without the principal's (you, the owner) written approval to modify the terms. Contact the agent and tell him your concerns and remove the listing from Zillow and get a new agent.
