Realtor has been unable to correct the number of bathrooms shown on listing with no luck. Help!

Profile picture for nmgrandma
Our realtor has made numerous attempts to correct the number of bathrooms for our listing on Zillow, including de-listing it on MLS and then re-listing it.  The house has 6.5 bathrooms, not 2.5 as shown on Zillow.  This error could be costing us prospects because no one wants a house with 6 bedrooms and only 2.5 baths.  Any suggestions?

You can claim your house and edit your home facts. Go to your main home page (or ask your agent) and use the yellow "Edit" pencil under the main house photo to claim your house and then you will be able to "edit the facts" with a link in that same menu on your home page.

The information should update immediately. If that does not work, there is an option to "report problem with listing" in that same edit menu. That will send an email to Zillow notifying them of the problem. Hope it helps.
