Realtor posted pics of our home, but we took it off market. Why can't I delete the pics?

I claimed my home, so it gives me all kinds of options to edit my home information. Why won't the pictures come off?  What are we doing wrong?

You can only remove the photos you have uploaded yourself. I have already removed the photos posted by the agent to your home.
