606 S Washington St, Hinsdale, IL 60521 has been sold for a couple months now for $1,680,000 and 611 S Washington St, Hinsdale, IL 60521 has sold a couple weeks ago for $1,740,000.  Why does it take so long for Zillow to update the home values? It seems the information is very inaccurate.

2-3 months lag time is pretty good compared to the time most local tax authorities get around to updating it, but zillow is vary inaccurate in its estimates because they use 3rd party information that does not give an accurate apples to apples comparison to most property, most of which is somewhat unique in various aspects.

Zillow has no enough information on those houses as lot sizes, house sizes, bedrooms, bathroom, etc... Therefore Zillow may not use them in the calculation.
