Zillow just updated their Zestimate algorithm. If you check the boards, you will see many similar posts - as well as descriptions of where you can look to find more detail on what changes were actually made.
If you are wanting to sell, you should get a CMA to determine the current market value and then determine how you want to market the house, vice depending on the Zestimate.

So much for the Zestimate? I guess the real question is "How much is our home worth to US and to that buyer out there that will view our home in as much the same way as we do, hence making possible its sale?"

I wouldn't be too concerned - if you are trying to get a good feel on your home's value call up a real estate agent and ask for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which will use home sales & listing data from the MLS & other public records but then will also come along with a human being professional (the real estate agent) to help you decipher it.

Short sales and foreclosure sales bring down the value, and also Zillow isn't correct a lot of the time...Contact a local realtor to find out more in detail...
