First of all, congrats on buying your new home!
Keep in mind that Zillow is an advertising forum and not an MLS so it is not as timely in their updates. It is weird that it shows up as a "new" listing though. My suggestion is to go to the original listing broker to remove it from their end if the staff at Zillow doesn't find this post to remove it since Zillow shows the point of entry for this listing to be from Coldwell Banker.
I just pulled up in the MLS and it does reflect that the property has sold and closed on 11/1/2010. I was surprised to see the selling agent as a "non member" of the MLS as we don't see too much of that. I assume you used an agent licensed in Idaho, but just not a member of our MLS? (that is OK as I do that occasionally in other areas too).
