Recently Increased Assessment

I noticed the assessed value of the property rose from 599K on Zillow to nearly 725K in the current listing. I would appreciate knowing what did you do to the home that caused the assessed value to jump by 25% Did you add on alot of living space or were the improvements cosmetic? Thanks.

Presumably the size of the lot did not change so the land portion of the assessment remained as it was. The assessment on the building rose 126K. This is consistent with adding a few rooms and a bathroom or two. If you have any specifics they would be appreciated but 'quadrupling' doesn't mean anything. Thanks.
