Recently foreclosed taylor Bean & Whitaker homes...

Hi,
I'd like to buy a REO recently foreclosed by TB&W. Does anyone have a contact for this?
Thanks

I wonder why you'd only be interested in their foreclosures. That info may be hard to pinpoint. Are you talking about a certain area? I never did business with TB&W, but I'd guess their bad loans are being foreclosed by Fannie Mae. There's a good free website that may help. Send me an email and I'll send you the info.

Yes, they are bankrupt but there are still foreclosed homes under their name! I need to buy one in my area but not sure who to contact on this!

Is it listed with a RE Broker? If not, it probably isn't "for sale" yet. If you can find the foreclosing attorney's name you may be able to call them and get some insight. I doubt it though. Where is the property? I'm bored. I'll dig into it.

Hi,
There are a few properties foreclosed 2-3 years ago! I emailed the lawyer, we'll see...

i am also looking at a foreclosed home by TB&W. Could you by chance tell how it went talking to the lawyer about these foreclosed homes?

No news on this! It seems like the loan was assigned to different larger banks: BoA, FANNIE MAE, CENLAR,... but the houses are still on the market!

The house I am looking at says that it was taken over by bank of America but when I called them they had no record of it. It just seems like I keep going in circles.
