Refinancing Assistance

My husband & I built our home 3 1/2 years ago. Our mortgage is with beneficial (a conventional loan) they refuse to give any type of assistance.  Our payment is 1100 per month never paid late, they will not give us a rate reduction.  My husband is a welder and travels all over the US until the bad economy hit. we live in a small community and the jobs are a thing of the past here.    I paid double car payments, monthly and had a healthy saving account which is now completely gone, same story la la la.    Can anyone tell me if there is any companies that will refinance according to the Obama plan. (would like to go to another company) We are down to one income which is only 1400.00 bring home per month.. Been selling our vehicles and using credit card to live. Have great credit scores just debt ratio large due to one income.  Again no late payment on anything ever.  But now seeing the money crunch. Running out of resources.   We live in a rural community in tennessee  and info is greatly appreciated.
