Regional Housing Inventory Increases

After six consecutive months of dropping home inventory, much of Oregon is now experiencing a modest increase in the number of properties for sale.

According to RMLS figures, it will now take 7.8 months before our market 'runs out of homes.'  It's too early to tell if this is a temporary increase, or the beginning of a new trend of increased competition among home-sellers.
