I don't know anything about that house but I can tell you that the house at 802 klere st is listed for $30K but I am out of state and desperate to sell. IT is a solid brick house built in 1925 with about 1650sq ft. needs some rehab work but it has really good bones. I would at this point strongly consider taking $10K - $12K for it!
