I have the same problem and cannot remove coach realty logo which has no right to our exclusive listing, mls#2036199

Ice Coaches company logo still appears on the site even after refreshing

The reason for that is because we are receiving the listing via an automated data feed from Coach Realtors. The previous agent would need to remove this home from the database so that you can fully take over the listing. Once removed, the listing information such as the company logo will also be removed.
This is not a previous agent as far as I am aware Coach never had this listing. C21 had it before we got it.
How long does it normally take?

I am having the same problem with a prior realtor's logo (i.e., Century 21) still showing up on my post of a listing which I took over and have an exclusive with. How can I remove the Century 21 logo from my post?? The property address is 135 Concord Rd, Yonkers, NY. Please advise.

Our record shows that this home was posted via an automated data feed. To remove the Century 21 logo, the previous agent has to remove this address from the source of the feed so that it will not be re-posted on the website. Rest assured, I have already advised the former agent regarding this concern. In the meantime, I have removed the logo from this property. You may visit your listing to check the changes.

The agent's name appears on the listing because he provided the pictures. If you would like the name removed, then the pictures need to be removed as well. Please confirm if you want us to do so.

A real estate company wrongly claimed several listings belonging to my company. We have been in the process of claiming them. The other company's logo still appears in the list of properties for sale. How do we remove that?
