I have a listing that was never removed from zillow- don't know why- how do I get it taken off- the home was never sold

16 pondwood court hamden ct 06517. I was unable to remove it when I clicked the edit button that you suggested- please remove, the homeowners are upset that their house is listed for sale when in reality it is not-

   If you are the listing agent, you can go in as the agent and change the status of the property to "no longer for sale."
