Removing posting from Zillow

How can a owner remove his posting from the site?

Can you have more than one posting for the same address?

I am a Realtor(R) and one of my clients posted his home on zillow before I got the listing and my brokerage firm also does broker feeds with you but only the homeowner's original posting is showing.  Also the school info for the listing is wrong.

Thank you
