Rent Zestimate for 3-Family Home: Separate or Averaged?

I have a 3-family home and I was wondering what the Rent Zestimate actually represents. Each apartment is similar, but they all have their differences. Can I get a custom Rent Zestimate for each apartment based on its amenities, or is the Zestimate just based on the house as a whole?

Also, what is the "Floor Number" box used for? Is it only for condo-type buildings?
