Doing some reverse engineering, it looks like the property was probably 23361 Via Linda, Unit D. However, that unit was leased some time ago and I do not see it as "active" in MLS anymore, meaning that it is no longer available for lease.
Us real estate licensees have access to MLS which has up to date information on for rent/lease listings, so my recommendation to you would be to ask your agent or broker to send you a list of active listings that meet your criteria. He/she should be able to do that relatively easily and without any commitment on your part.
