Rental listing turned into recently sold listing after zestimate updated

2 days after posting my rental on zillow it is now showing add recently sold, not for rent. The listing is not showing in my active or inactive listings on ”my zillow”. Tried clicking the link from the confirmation email to see if that , but no. Help!
