A number of agencies in the Summer Rental market of Weekapaug, Watch Hill, and Misquamicut handle the same summer rental listings. Zillow's rental set up makes for confusion in the pricing's appearance. Summer rentals are often quoted as a price per week or a price per month. Vacation rentals are generally offered only in June, July and August, and sometimes September. Summer rentals/vacations rentals are at their peak in July and August here in the Westerly, Rhode Island beach communities. June and September are shoulder season months.
