Renting my house to a corporation

I have a 3000 sq ft house in rochester hills, MI that I would like to rent out to a corporation for a long term lease (2-3 years). Any advise on how to do this and where to post the listing

When you post your house for rent, you can state the minimum term is two years. You can also say that you prefer a corporate lease. You may also consider offering a concession for longer term leases ... say $x.xx off per month for a two year lease, $xx.xx off per month for three year lease.

You may also want to inform local corporations (hospitals, universities) that you are offering your home for lease. State terms an price with them.
