It is difficult for me to answer your question about rental comps. I do not know what condition your home is in, if you get a good view of Lake Meridian or not. What the traffic noise is from 272nd, etc. Generally, rents in that area go for around $1500 - 1600/mo. if the home is in good condition and there are no negative factors. Some of the view homes with good access to the lake rent for $2000 and homes with negative factors rent for $1200/mo. You should look in your local paper what other landlords are asking for and then view these homes and see how they stack up compared to yours. Also, if you know some of the neighbors on the block, find out if there are other renters in the neighborhood and ask what they are paying for rent.

Good luck. Kerstin

There are several websites online where you can purchase rental forms. Most will charge you between $15-30 to do so.

Or contact your real estate agent and see if they can provide you with forms.

I hope this answer was helpful.
