Possibly there is property preservation paperwork in the windows of the house that will have a contact number.  Also check in with your county assessor to see which bank could own the home. This should help start you on the way.

Call an agent in your area or find one via the Zillow directory here. They can look it up on the MLS and tell you who the listing agent is. many REO's that you see advertised are pre foreclosure and have no agent assigned. Those are not available no matter what agent you use.

This seems to be a property that you are very much interested in to purchase. Yes, there are ways to find the brokerage on this property. Please feel free to contact me. I would need the address of the property to do my full research.

Your question seems to have many angles to answer.  If you are on Realty Trac or other foreclosure watch sites, you won't have an agent assigned yet because the home is in the beginning stages of the foreclosure process.
Secondly if you are on a HUD site they don't list the homes online with agents, they expect you to go out to the house to see the broker on the sign or use one of their approved brokers and get the information from them.

Best advice is to go to the home and look for a brokers sign in the window or contact a local realtor to have them dig around.  Many agents have tricks to find who will be listing the home.

Best of Luck.
