There are two possibilities:
1. Patience: sometimes it takes a week or two to get a response from "report problem with a listing". Clicking it daily doesn't elevate it on the list.
2. Ask a question on the advice section to see if someone can help.

It's been two days short of THREE WEEKS without a response. Have I been "patient" enough???? 3 DAYS would have been too long. 3 WEEKS makes me question the integrity of the site in general.

Over the past five months I have reported factual errors concerning the price I paid for my house in 2001 (the value was understated by more than $275000) with no response. How do I get this corrected if no one at Zillow is paying attention? I would rather get my listing deleted rather than have such blatant errors in the listing!

I understand your reluctance, but Neil is pretty good at following up from what I have seen and heard from other owners. I would give Zillow a chance to verify the sale with the county records and make the correction. It is true that there are other home page issues that Zillow has trouble fixing or correcting, but they do a good job of correcting records once the issue comes to their attention and they get the information verified.
If they don't do it or you hear from no one after a couple weeks, please repost or email Neil directly. This can get fixed.
