Requiring about programs for Help

Are there any programs for women on disability to recieve help with home improvements?  I need help with the inside and outside of my home.  The outside is masonite which my neighbors are saying its a fire hazard to thier homes and is now illegal. Just wanted to know if some kind of program I can require about.  Thank You

I would say you can can contact Habitat and inquire about their program. They do very good work.
