Hi Cyndy
Many of us totally agree with you, if the home is no longer listed, take it off Zillow. If you see an expired listing, go to the bottom of the page and 'report a problem' with the listing. If you are looking for a rental, there are probably other places you can look for more current rentals. You can also ask a local realtor to look them up for you in the MLS system.

I agree Cyndy. I think most agents try to return calls in a timely manner and remove postings, but it would be nice if all agents did those things.

Any agent who has a current listing should respond to an inquiry within a reasonable timeframe in order to help get it sold. Cyndy- it would prob be best to get in touch with a local real estate agent to you and they can help you with whatever you may need

Bob that seems like the logical, professional thing to do; yet I'm amazed day after day when realtors do not respond to communication.Personally that bothers me as much as seeing listings with one picture. I don' t understand when, how, nor why did it become ok to give less service to a customer because they have financial troubles. On the contrary, I will think, they would want to put a little more effort to make the property stand out from the competition.
Returning Calls
Also if your property is no longer available have it taken off the listing as available.
