Reydon Shores, Southold has long history of vacation home buyers and renters.

Reydon Shores has all of the desirable waterfront beach community attractions. The long sandy bay beach,  community marina, craftsman architecture and quiet winding streets. It is amazing to see how each generation finds this appealing for different reasons. The kids love the bike riding, fishing at the beach, bringing friends out to spend the summer at the beach. Adults are attracted to the marina and the boating around Shelter Island. The fishing at Plum Gut in Orient is always a hot spot. Others like to take morning walks with a cup of coffee. The sense of relaxation with all of the residents allows everyone to recharge themselves while they are out for the weekend.  The community also attracts owners who are looking for a weekend home or summer property. Summers on the North Fork and winters in Florida.
For the same reasons Reydon Shores attracts summer vacation home renters. Spending the summer exploring the community beach as well as the Southold Town Beaches gives something for everyone. The sound beaches are highlighted with incredible sunsets over the water.
