Ridgeley Housing Market

The statistics utilized by multiple listing service and zillow are based on zip codes. The problem in our area is that areas or towns near Ridgeley have many more homes than Ridgeley. Note that the population of Ridgeley is 773. Short Gap which is nearest Rocket Center has 3 zip codes Ridgeley, Ft. Ashby, and Keyser. Several areas the neighbor across the street has a different zip code and home town, yet their children ride the same school bus to the same school. 
All these factors skew the statistics. Many factors must be considered when contemplating market conditions.
