"Rights" categories

Are these something that should be in the forums? Most answers in landlord or renters rights will be beyonf the scope of what agents can answer and could be giving unlicensed legal advice.

At a minimum, can we get some sort of pop-up when folks post in these categories that they should seek legal counsel if they do not understand their rights?

Interesting thought. Maybe a simple sticky post titled "FORUM CONTENTS ARE NOT LEGAL ADVICE", with a general disclaimer and content?

At one level, this goes back to some of the comments made when Zillow changed "Discussion" to "Advice".
