It's never over until its over. No one knows that better than you. Inspections went well today and financing looks great. We will probably close as soon we are three days from being completely out. Buyers are flexible on date, and so are we. Thanks for giving me a chance to brag. :) However, since I have basically been under contract, the damn zestimate went up about 10 grand. :(

Rockin, I'm so glad to hear you're chugging along (sorry, I have less than a week to use up all my train metaphors). Are you headed to Austin or taking your time? I know what you mean about the zestimate, mine too and the new listings are going up in price. Oh, and just to stick it to any lurking doomer, in Chico it costs the same to buy as rent. So nyah! :)
Okiema :) - I'm moving on Feb 1st to a rental locally. Then I start the job search up in Oregon.

A lot of indie labels throwing parties to introduce their artists day and night. It's incredible. The artists play at every possible venue from street corners, to coffee house, to record stores , to hotel lobbies, and all the bars. They do about 45 minute sets of their "A" material. One group right after another.
This worked once when I was looking for an update from Shanny. (clears throat) MPAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your presence is requested on the Zillow deck! (Yes, I have the mind of a 4 yr old). :)

Okay, normally, I try to keep up with everyone, but I've been busy with the business of moving. So, all you Zillowers, gimme an update. Who's sold? Who's gotten offers? Who's still debating oreo cookies vs Clementines (sp?). Spill people. :)
