I am seeing people who appear to be brand new and only have done a handful of quotes show up with positive feedback. When I look at the feedback comments, I often do not see any link to a Zillow quote, and I do see an indication that the person leaving feedback has closed with the lender. This leads me to think one of two things; either outright fraud, or previous clients leaving honest comments about transactions done outside of the Zillow system.
Here is my question. Is it in accordance with your guidelines if I had fifty or so of my satisfied clients sign on and leave positive feedback? Or should only clients that have come through the Zillow system and can link to an actual quote or loan request be allowed to leave feedback?
