Are you looking for homes on the MLS? It already lists things like price, parking, source of heat, taxes, etc.

Not all realtors are created equal. Many do not take the time to give more detailed information. There are minimal fields requied to be completed before MLS will accept the listing. Many fields such as room sizes, schools, source of heat, electric, gas, fireplace, appliances etc do not have to be completed although the thorough agent will fill in every field. For some reason many agents think the 1 photo that MLS takes is adequate for the listing. Digital cameras are inexpensive I think there is no excuse for a listing agent not to provide several interior photos. I like to include a photo of the rear of the home and the back yard as well.
I have read a few post on zillow that some agents feel one photo makes the home seeker curious and that they will want to see the home or contact the agent. I firmly believe the opposite.

Personally, I will not even go look at home where there are no interior pictures posted on the internet. In our situation, we moved long-distance and had to find a home in a hurry, so we had a single weekend in which to do our house-hunting. So I previewed the homes we wanted to see online before we went. If there were no interior pictures, then we did not even bother. I was just not curious enough, nor did I have the luxury of time to go look at houses that didn't have pictures.

LostinLost,
Sounds like you need to find a new buyer's agent. All of the information you are looking for should be on the MLS sheet your agent gives you. If they're not sharing this information then you should look for a new buyer's agent.

Hi all, thanks for the positive feedback! I was actually referring to the listings here at Zillow and other sites. Some of the listings here have the agents realty logo superimposed over the price. If I see a logo it doesn't mean I will buy that property just because it's listed by so and so, I don't want to waste my time looking at a house I can't afford. Just give me the price and let me decide to look or not. I hope agents know that they are a very big part of home buying and their expertise is appreciated and please also know curiosity is not a factor when really looking for a property, lookie-loos have curiosity not serious buyers. Yes, please put those interior pictures on the listing!!!

As a purchaser, I agree with most of the comments. However, if a house is cluttered and the furniture poorly arranged I know that I am not buying their stuff. I am looking at the bones of the house. (Staging doesn't improve probabilities that I will buy). However, if the house is filthy then I wonder what else they've never bothered to do related to home maintenance.

There are homes listed for sale on Zillow that don't have the price listed?

SELLERS, AGENT'S, PRICES, PHOTO'S, and a CLEAN HOUSE SHOWING
I have been looking at homes for sale and have noticed a few pet peeves of mine prevalent in the listings so here are a few tips of the things I do not want to see in a listing and some I do. 1. I won't look at a place without the price listed on the first page, no, I'm not curious enough.
2. Please have more than just an exterior photo, I'm not living outside the home, let's see the interior, no, I'm not curious enough. 3. Please have the interior cleaned up or at least de-cluttered! Too many personal items distract me from seeing the real things I want to see. 4. What ever happened to disclosing things like the: source of heat, parking, HOA fee's, taxes, etc. You can't SELL a house like it was being hawked door to door, we buyers have to fall in love with it first. Make that house lovable! It took me only 1 minute to fall in love with my last home and I was being cautious at that. Thank you, I hope I didn't step on any toes.
