Fast and Easy mikey
I heard through the grape vine that fast and easy is changing soon. It will become more of a doc relief program, kind of like LP's accept plus. I guess they are going to be removing the up front stated option. Any truth to that?

I heard fast and easy is not an option with CWBC custom quote and that the program would have to be ran as full doc, and if the automated system "allowed" the loan to go fast and easy you could. That program ended last week according to my AE. Good luck.
All I know is retail, I can see the guides for wholesale but can't see whatever extra stuff they might put on there....
Everything is changing daily is the truth....
Carefull of declining market LTV reduction. My last fast and easy got knocked down to 85 ltv max for declining values.

Looks like MI might be a problem in a restriced maket per MIGIC guidlines - No MI on Alt-A products. What state/county is property located in.

Our last F&E closed Thursday they didn't reduce the LTV but knocked the appraisal by 10k....not that bad still worked.

With the new changes in the guidelines is there any lender out there doing SISA or SIVA and up to what LTV

Wachovia has SISA and SISA up to 75%.
DU has recently been giving me income "waivers" or "lifts" on loans where the score is at least 680 and the LTV is at or below 80%. This is for primary, second himes, and investment properties.
I'm fairly confident that 90% SISA or SIVA is not available anywhere.
Yes Wachovia and Phoenix Funding are my two best sources.
Investors that claim 90% NOO with stated anything - Are chopping appraisals 10 to 15%.
IE: Nothing over 75/80%
