This answer is obviously a general answer without specifics, but the good thing is that you can likely figure out some of the reasoning behind differing zestimates by analyzing the home information on the two homes you'd like to compare. First, take a look at the public home facts on each home - click the "home info" link in the upper left of the page. Differences in home facts can lead to differing zestimates. Secondly, look at the "charts & data" page of each home. See if there are differences in the assessed values or sale history of the homes you're comparing. Both of those are factors in computing zestimates.
