Saddle Ridge, Allen or Cypress Point,Plano

Which one would you pick if you were in my shoes? I need a 4bed/4bath/pool home with great high school and my budget is 480,000-530,000 and both of us run our business in Irving.

You picked two awesome communities. Cypress Point is a custom & gated community with golf, creek, water views and location is pure Gold for commute, shopping, dinning, entertainment, outdoor and proximity to medical facilities. High school is arguably the best in DFW. Saddle Ridge is shiny and new with lots of shopping, dinning and amenities. Their location and high school are mediocre. Its a close decision depending on what really matters to you.

You can't go wrong with either. Saddle Ridge has advantage of being brand new but I'm not a big fan of Stacy Road location. A friend who bought really liked the community but didn't like the Allen Senior High School and just found out that they are being zoned to another elementary school on the border of McKinney so he is putting his house on market by the end of school year and moving to Avignonin in Plano. Both communities are being built by Toll Brothers but Avignon has some pre existing custom homes.
