We're sorry if the Sale History is not updated. We get our info from data providers. They periodically refresh their records with new updates from the county, but I can't predict when the correct information for your home will be shown.

At this time, we do not have the feature to adjust it. If we changed the underlying data today, it would simply get overwritten with the next data import. But it will be considered as we further develop our services.

Hi. The sales date on my home is correct, but the sales price is more than 3 times what I actually paid. Also, the square footage is actually 1507 feet, not 1500. Can these be corrected? Further, I have no idea why, and can you explain why my house, which is in great condition, is the lowest valued house on my entire block? Thanks!
