The home is currently being marketed on the MLS as $480K. Why the price difference? Who knows? Could be many things, seller input and never updated, agent input and never updated. Zillow is not an accurate place to find sales prices. I would recommend that you suppliment your search with an MLS search. Zillow is great for giving you arial maps and property info, which is harder for the buyer to find on an MLS search. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
