Sales price for land tracts.

I have the legal descriptions, current owners and the deed transfer dates for two lots. I obtained the information from the county appraisal site. How can I find out how much the lots were sold for to their current owners?

Either online or a trip to the assessors. Depends on your county, and Im not sure how Texas handles it.

In California, sales history of land tracts can be obtained from any Realtor or appraiser via a title search. Good luck!
