My only suggestion is to call Zillow Mon. morning and be sure to provide enough detail for their research and correction.

I don't think the time search parameter on Recent Sales works anymore, it has been discussed in the bugs and I believe it was on the to do list to remove the date range parameter. I think in my area it is pulling last 12 months.
Are you trying to find older sales, or did Zillow drop them from the list incorrectly?

Vince, thanks, I know the sales, I'm fairly obsessive about keeping tabs on what's happening here in the hood. I just want to be able to track them and keep them all handy in a convenient place and not have to rely on the county assessors website.
hpv, if that's the case, that would make sense for the most part as it's the sales more than a year old that have gone bye bye - but a few that are under a year old also don't show.

I'd suggest emailing the ones that are less than a year old to a Zillow customer service employee of your choice and see if you get an explanation. If you are about to go through a transaction, I'd keep following the county records too (I don't know how easy or difficult they make it for you).
Sales that don't show up on Zillow
In some cases, they used to have the "little yellow house" but no longer do. (Yes, wise guys, I expanded the search parameters to include the date of sale in question, they still don't show up.)
