Same Home Showing Up Multiple Times

Profile picture for vgarlati

I have a home that shows up two times on Zillow when you type in the address (there is no apartment number - only a unique street address).  Does anyone know how to fix this so it only shows up one time?  Also, the multiple entries for the same home have Zestimates that have a 24% variance -- for the same exact address.  Does this imply the Zestimates have a margin of error that is greater than 24%?

I stole this response from wetdawgs a helpful member of the Forum

" go to "edit" and chose "report problem with home" to alert Zillow to the duplicate.   It will go in the queue and be deleted usually within a week or two."
