Unfortunately sometimes duplicates happen, but Zillow does have a system to deal with it.

Find the one without public facts (by clicking on "more facts"), then hover cursor over "edit" and chose "report problem with home".   Report the duplicate   It will enter the queue for deletion (usually within a week or two)
