Sanibel Island- An amazing place to be.

There are some amazing opportunities still available on Sanibel Island. The market has been very active over the summer. I have recently participated in 5 transactions this month alone. The condo inventory is at about a 1 year supply. Although we do expect more inventory come fall, experts predict a limited inventory and increased prices in 2012. It is a very interesting time. Our beaches are by far some of the worlds best. If I can answer any questions for you, dont hesitate to ask.

Sanibel has something for everyone! The 25 miles of bike paths, zero traffic lights and boutique shops and restaurants add so much character. The Shell Museum and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge are great spots to visit. The Island is a Sanctuary to many types of birds and wildlife. There is a large art community, 3 Golf Course and a Marina. Resorts, Hotels, Condos, Single Family Homes and Duplexes...and evacualtion routes.

Funding your Island Property is very easy with low rates. Check out Sanibel Captiva Bank. David Wright is excellent he just wrote a Gulf Front Condo last week for buyers of mine.

Condo's and homes from the mid $200's and up.
