Scam?

What are some of the signs of scams on zillow? We found a house that seems 'too good to be true' for the price.

Zillow has a page on avoiding scams, but following your gut and not giving personal information or money to anyone that you have not checked out is a good start.

Some houses listed for sale on Zillow are low priced sales due to serious condition issues an some rentals are for one room only so it is always smart to ask a lot of questions before you buy or rent.

scams are not just on zillow 0 they are all over the internet...especially Craigslist
.
1. if it sounds too good to be true...it isn't true, and it's a scam!
2. if someone asks you to send money via Western Union........it's a scam
3 if they say they are out of the area/city/state/country, and can't show you the home.......it's a scam

did I say if it sounds too good to be true........it's a SCAM!

Verify anything you aren't sure about by calling a local agent who can tell you if the home is really for sale or rent...........or they  can look up the real owner's name...........when in doubt........ask questions!
