Search for my address: correct map & info comes up but the city and zip are incorrect...how to fix?

When I type in my address "361 Cedar Street, Page, AZ 86040" the map and all the information is correct except that when you click on it to get more information, the city and zip code are incorrect.  Everything else is good.  How can this be corrected?
