They are still tweaking things to try to get various issues resolved.
In list mode, right-click on the property and chose "open in a new window", and then when done looking, close the window and you will be back in the list where you left off.
The limit is not 75 in the list, but 200, unless they changed it last night. And the limit on the map is 500. Those limits existed previously; they are not "new". (The list may have previously been 240, or close to that; I've forgotten. I think it was 25 pages of 10, which would have been 250).
You can also reverse the sorts by clicking on a column heading a second time, thus doubling what you can see.
If you have so many results, you should take more advantage of the filter boxes. Make sure you press the "more" button to get the other filter options to show up.
Also, be sure to take advantage of your mouse "scroll wheel" when scrolling through the list.
