I am the owner of this home and currently have the house for sale.  How do you calculate a Zestimate?  $113,000 is a bit low considering surrounding homes are much higher.  Most homes are the same in this neighborhood.  thank you!

Its only a Zestimate, and you should not be basing your home price on it. Zillow gathers its information from public records. Have you gone in and updated your information on your home, here is the link

If you want to know what your home's value is pay to have it appraised or call a local realtor and ask for a comparative market analysis. I hope this helps.
