Self employed,bad credit. need loan 4 baloon payment. No work for now! Help!!!?

Seller financed and she won't help. I owe 15-k and work is slow. does anyone know a hard money lender around Warren, Ohio that will help?  will put up house for collateral.  I  also know of several houses for sale cheap I can fix up for resale for nice profit.
