Seller put his home on Zillow as FSBO now it won't let me website syndicate.

I had a seller try to sell his home FSBO. He advertised his home for sale on Zillow. When it didn't sell he listed with me and I was finally able to claim his home, but I wasn't able to make any changes. Now his ad on Zillow has expired, and I have syndicated from my website numerous times, and it won't show for sale. I try to edit it under my listings, but it won't let me edit anything. How do I claim this listing so it still shows that it is for sale?

Thank you!

ask the seller to log in and release the listing.  I had to do that on one.
even though the listing itself was expired.
