Sellers Living Out of State

As a long time Broker, sometimes sellers will move out of state and then ask the real estate community to sell their home. Timing and pricing are important as often a vacant home may not show as well and in all cases there are issues of monthly ongoing expenses and the possibility of cancellation of insurance.

In this case the sellers had moved to Colorado.

We are pleased that this home is now a Pending Sale.
