Selling a condo in MichiganMy situation is like this. I am selling my condo in Michigan. I am husband and principle & sole owner of my condo. My wife was in different country and did not sign any document while I purchase this condo.Now I want to sell this condo and my wife is still in different country. Do I need my wife's signature on any document while closing the sale? If yes, what options I have to get her sign while being in different country.
