Selling a condo in Michigan

My situation is like this. I am selling my condo in Michigan. I am husband and principle & sole owner of my condo.  My wife was in different country and did not sign any document while I purchase this condo. Now I want to sell this condo and my wife is still in different country.  Do I need my wife's signature on any document while closing the sale?  If yes, what   options I have to get her sign while being in different country. If spouse is in different country then is it necessary to notarize POA at American Consulate in that country or it can be notarized at any other competent notary in that country?.In my case American consulate is far away from the city where my spouse lives and cannot travel that much. Please reply considering that I am selling my condo in the state of Michigan
