Maybe he was enjoying the liquor collection and accidentally tipped the outhouse over. Those pictures appear to be of the same property. Apparently he uprighted it again before shooting the vanity or the pics are out of order.

By the way, I used the adjective "amateur" to in reference to the word "photographer", not in relationship to any real estate sales abilities.
Do professional photographers really intentionally post their photos sideways, and then do nothing to correct it when noticed?

Ah yes, 14 listings on Zillow. So hard to pick a favorite. Maybe the 25k one with the aerial photo.
So much for the market 'demanding better presentations from internet savvy buyers'.

14 active listings? I only see three on your website. And one is priced @ $25,000.

Coolest Realtor in Houston,
Some of the locals here, consider it uncool to bastardize the consumer advice section, by using it as a coolness blog. Not that you're not cool, and all, but your approach was totally against the cool neighbor policy. You feel me?

I'm not a Realtor® nor even a licensed REA, nor even a sales person of any kind.
Just a home owner that is looking to eventually move, but present obligations mean that has to be postponed. Still it doesn't stop me from looking, and I'll buy before being ready to move if the right opportunity comes along.
But you have disqualified yourself from representing me.
I only published your assumed list of three things because they are so obvious that it is absolutely pointless for anyone to ask you to send them just so that you can collect contact information to harass them with.
If you had any real information to share, you would have shared it rather than begging for people to contact you.
And the poor quality photo I was referring to was not even those for the listings, it was first of all "generic" based on the majority of images I've seen posted on most websites, as well as the avatar.

Since you claim to be a multi-millionaire, you obviously don't need any clients anyway.

If 400 properties in 4 years is amateur then yes I am. I list both distressed assets for bank and short sale properties as well as normal sellers. What you are not pointing out is that in this market I have 14 active listing and 11 pending properties. I own 67 properties, I bought a subdivision when Royce homes went into bankruptcy, I have flipped at least one house every month for the last 4 years. So typical of a Realtor to say price it low. Curb appeal. [personal comments deleted by Zillow moderator. Please refer to our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]

That's a blender?
I thought it was a kerosene lamp attached to the floor for lighting the room...
(Either that, or an empty gumball machine).
It is hard to tell since the photo is so blurry.
By the way, what is wrong with writing the word аss ?
There are no published rules against it, and it is what you get when you breed a horse with a donkey.

The first photo on another property is the owner's liquor collection.
Lets be fair, some homes are better than others. This one, at least, has a good liquor collection. I'm assuming, though, it comes with the sale and is in the contract as such...

Great photos!

And let's not forget about some of those that have multiple redundancies; 6 for this one:

I'm glad to see some Realtors® really have no intention of ever selling any houses.

Welcome to Zillow.
One of the first things I do when I'm looking for an agent is to open up their current listings and look at their Zillow ads. A couple of things tend to catch my eye - the words they've used in the description as well as the photos.
So, I opened your listings and see:
a. An empty pink room except for a pile of clutter in one corner. The next has a nice photo of all sorts of toiletries scattered over the bathroom sink.
b. A toilet oriented sideways.
c. The first photo on another property is the owner's liquor collection.
Thanks, but no thanks. Are those photos examples of what not to do?

1) List it in the Multiples, and post in on the online sites
2) Price it right; and price it low to create interest
3) Curb appeal & good photos. Don't let an amateur photographer or Realtor® that violates website rules ruin your chances by posting lousy photos or not representing the property properly.
